Setting up the product modeling and rules for the Siebel Product Configurator.

Creating and executing tests for all the product related functionality, including UAT (User Acceptance Test).

Advising on plans for testing, training, change management and roll out. Performing a detailed

functional analysis including a detailed planning for a merge between two Siebel applications.

Performing application administration tasks like setting up (multi) organization structure, users,

positions, responsibilities, list of values, iHelp and Task based UI.

Conducting client workshops in the Americas (USA, Jamaica, Brazil) to gather the requirements and describe business processes. Managing the global functional teams, planning all project phases. Conducting global trainer- and agent training.

Responsible for global planning, design, roll out, training the trainers and creation of prototype and systems documentation.
